How to play Hopline
Cross beetle traffic and a moving stream to light all five lantern nests before the timer expires.
Start playing
- Hop one space at a time with arrows, WASD, a swipe, or the touch controls.
- Use gaps in beetle traffic, then ride drifting leaves across water without stepping into an empty lane.
- Reach each unlit nest and repeat until all five are glowing.
Hopline strategy tips
- Pause on safe strips and read the next two lanes before moving again.
- Land near the leading half of a leaf so its movement does not carry you off-screen.
- Treat dragonflies and bonus motes as optional when the crossing timer is low.
